Dr Anes Yang

Dr Anes Yang, a Fellow of the Australasian College of Dermatologists, brings a wealth of expertise in both medical and procedural dermatology to her practice. Graduating from the University of New South Wales with a Doctor of Medicine and a Bachelor of Medical Studies, Dr Yang has consistently pursued excellence in her education. She continued studies to complete a Master of Public health followed by a Master of Science.

Dr Yang’s focus on quality and improvement is evident in her role as the former Chair of the JMO Innovation and Quality Committee for the Agency for Clinical Innovation. Recognising her commitment, she was honoured with a scholarship to the Academy of Emerging Leaders in Patient Safety by the Clinical Excellence Commission.

Her training has been diverse and well-rounded, encompassing some of New South Wales largest hospitals including The John Hunter Hospital, Prince of Wales Hospital, Liverpool Hospital and Royal Prince Alfred Hospital.

Dr Yang boasts over 25 peer-reviewed journal publications and contributions to a textbook on dermatological diseases in skin of colour. She has presented on both the National and International stage at various dermatology medical conferences. Her commitment to education is evident in her role as an Associate Clinical Lecturer at the University of Sydney, actively engaging in teaching medical students and junior doctors. Her dedication earned her the Tutor of the Year award from the University.
